Our first offshore passage from Astoria OR to Victoria BC was successful but generally windless. (June 23-28, 2001)

Neah Bay's fishing fleet	I'm cold, tired, & seasick. Are we there yet?	Smooth seas, smiling faces.
Poppies will put them to sleep.	Squiz prepares to eat the parliament building in Victoria BC (we now have to lug it around in her belly).	Victoria harbor is home to an amazing variety of vessels.
All those tourists, checking out my boat docked in front of the Empress Hotel.	The Victoria microferries are too cute!	A day off from boat life.
The notorious Straight of Juan de Puka was smooth as silk, the FIRST time we traversed its length.
